HT-010920 measures fluid pressure from 0–145 psi and temperature from -40°C to 140°C. It suits diesel, petrol, E85, engine oil and transmission oil. The manufacturer does not recommend water/coolant use because of susceptibility to cavitation.
The M10 × 1.0 sensor includes a matching plug/pins and an adaptor to 1/8 NPT. It requires a 5.0 ± 0.25 V supply. Maximum permissible overpressure is 2,000 kPa / 20 bar; pressure spikes and cavitation must be prevented.
Follow the manufacturer’s installation requirements: 37.5 ± 2.5 Nm torque, with the orifice pointing downward within 0–45° of vertical. Confirm fluid, mounting, wiring and ECU calibration before installation.
