The DCMD provides the motor-driver hardware for supported DC motor applications, including Turbosmart electronic wastegates and Varex motors. ECU control requires two DPO channels configured with an active-low state.
Haltech specifies operation with Nexus, Elite and Platinum ECU outputs. Native Turbosmart electronic-wastegate control is supported on Elite and Nexus; Platinum does not support that dedicated function. Check the ECU, software and actuator combination before ordering.
The supplied kit includes the driver and the manufacturer-listed DT/DTM mating connectors, pins and wedges. Actuators, ECU and application wiring are separate.
