Product Info

The GenV e-Gate range combines a stainless-steel wastegate body with a liquid-cooled electric actuator. Valve movement is controlled electronically and requires a compatible dual half-bridge ECU output or suitable external controller, such as the separately sold Turbosmart BlackBox.

Select the matching V-band size: 40 mm TS-0552-1502, 45 mm TS-0553-1502, 50 mm TS-0554-1502 or 60 mm TS-0555-1502. Confirm the manifold/flange arrangement, actuator clearance, cooling and control strategy before ordering.

The adjustable actuator orientation and onboard position/temperature signals support installation and ECU setup. Follow the selected model’s installation guide for wiring and thermal requirements. ECU/controller, vehicle plumbing, installation and calibration are separate.
